COVID-19 Protocols

We are happy to announce that our office has re-opened. Of course, it will not be business as usual and we really appreciate your patience. We have received health and safety guidelines from our governing body, the Ministry of Health, and Work Safe BC which we will be following to keep you and our employee’s safe.

Some of the changes you can expect are:

• You will be asked a series of Covid-19 related questions the day before your appointment AND the day of your appointment.

• Upon arrival, please phone us at 604-943-0817 or text us at 604-210-3309.

• The waiting area may be your car, bike or outside. There will be no chairs, newspapers, magazines, toys, and video games in the waiting area.

• All patients must wear a personal mask (if you forget yours, don’t worry, we will provide one for you).

• You will be required to hand sanitize upon arrival.

•  We will take your temperature and ask you to gargle with 1% hydrogen peroxide-based mouth rinse.

• Please do not bring a friend or family with you. They are not permitted in the office, with the exception of a minor with one parent or guardian.

• Only patients with a booked appointment will be welcomed into the office. Please call 604-943-0817 if you need to have an appointment booked.

• Social distancing is in effect.

• Our clinic staff will be wearing masks, gowns and face shields.

We know that these changes may feel daunting to some but we assure you that you will still receive the same warm and friendly service from us.
